Jita Aisi — Terms & Conditions: Complete Rules of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Jita Aisi platform and all of its associated services. In these Terms, "Jita Aisi", "we", and "our" refer to the operating entity behind this platform. "User", "member", and "you" refer to anyone who accesses or uses this platform.

Jita Aisi is an online entertainment platform offering Sports Betting, lottery, and other gaming services. By using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Jita Aisi reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3.2 Match Cancellation or Postponement

• If an event is cancelled entirely, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a match is suspended within the scheduled time and later resumed, the result will remain valid.
• In cricket, results determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method will be considered valid.

Your account will be immediately closed if you engage in any of the following:

• Betting on match-fixing or using insider information
• Placing bets automatically using software or bots
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or incorrect odds

• Withdrawal requests are generally 12–24 hours processed within.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete.

4.3 Refund Policy

Deposited funds are generally non-refundable; however, exceptions may apply in certain cases:

• If a deposit is charged twice due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
• If your account is closed due to failed verification, your balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.
